Satay beef vermicelli clay pot
Ingredients:
- 1lb (450g) beef sirloin or flank, thinly sliced.
- 50g starch for marinate
- 1 tablespoon salt for marinate
- 200g vermicelli noodles
- 1 red bell, 1 green bell pepper,sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas or green beans
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk or pure milk
- 1 cloves garlic,minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- TAISHIYI Satay sauce
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Cooking methods:
- Add 50g starch and salt to marinate beef for 10- 20 minutes
- Pour vegetable oil to heat the wok
- Bell pepper into wok to stir fry with Satay sauce for 5 minutes
- Add marinated beef in the wok, stir fry until cooked through
- Put all ingredients in clay pot, first vermicelli noodles
- Add Satay sauce
- Put bell peppers and cooked beef on the top of clay pot
- Add water, bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Pour coconut milk or pure milk, make it well to combine.
