Satay beef vermicelli clay pot

Ingredients:

  • 1lb (450g) beef sirloin or flank, thinly sliced.
  • 50g starch for marinate
  • 1 tablespoon salt for marinate
  • 200g vermicelli noodles
  • 1 red bell, 1 green bell pepper,sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas or green beans
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk or pure milk
  • 1 cloves garlic,minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • TAISHIYI Satay sauce
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Cooking methods:

  1. Add 50g starch and salt to marinate beef for 10- 20 minutes
  2. Pour vegetable oil to heat the wok
  3. Bell pepper into wok to stir fry with Satay sauce for 5 minutes
  4. Add marinated beef in the wok, stir fry until cooked through
  5. Put all ingredients in clay pot, first vermicelli noodles
  6. Add Satay sauce
  7. Put bell peppers and cooked beef on the top of clay pot
  8. Add water, bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  9. Pour coconut milk or pure milk, make it well to combine.
