Malazhan fried rice with eggs
1-2 servings.
Ingredients:
- minced meat 200g
- cooked and chilled jasmine rice (best if it's a day old) 400g
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables(such as peas, carrots, corns)
- 1/2 cup chopped scallion
- Malazhan sauce 50g
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Fish sauce (optional)
Preparation:
- Ensure that the cooked rice is cold and separated to avoid clumping. If it's freshly cooked, spread it on a try and refrigerate for a while.
Cooking methods:
- Pour the beaten eggs into the empty side and scramble them until they are just cooked. Then add beaten eggs.
- 2.Mix the scrambled eggs with rice in the work, break up any clumps and ensure that the rice is well mixed with eggs.
- Remove the rice with eggs from the pot and set aside.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the work.
- Pour Malazhan sauce and sugar (if using), stir well to evenly distribute the sauce.
- Pour rice with eggs to combind.
- Season with sugar according to your taste.
- Continue stir-frying for a few more minutes until the rice is heated through and has absorbed the flavors of the other ingredients.
- Garnish the fried rice with chopped scallion for freshness.
