Ingredients:
- large shrimps 300g, peeled and deveined
- Rice noodles
- bell pepper cut into pieces for garnish
- oil
- Classic Curry sauce
- salt, soy sauce if necessary
Cooking methods:
- Cook the rice noodles, drain and set aside.
- Add oil, pour the noodles into the wok and stir-fry.
- Add Soy sauce and Oyster sauce, fried the noodles until golden brown.
- Heat oil in the wok, put shrimps into and fry for almost 3 minutes until the shrimps are cooked.
- Serve the Shrimp Noodles in bowls, garnished with cooked bell peppers.
- Pour Mini Curry sauce (Heated) on the top of Shrimp Noodles.
