Curry shrimp noodles

Ingredients:

  • large shrimps 300g, peeled and deveined
  • Rice noodles
  • bell pepper cut into pieces for garnish
  • oil
  • Classic Curry sauce
  • salt, soy sauce if necessary

Cooking methods:

  1. Cook the rice noodles, drain and set aside.
  2. Add oil, pour the noodles into the wok and stir-fry.
  3. Add Soy sauce and Oyster sauce, fried the noodles until golden brown.
  4. Heat oil in the wok, put shrimps into and fry for almost 3 minutes until the shrimps are cooked.
  5. Serve the Shrimp Noodles in bowls, garnished with cooked bell peppers.
  6. Pour Mini Curry sauce (Heated) on the top of Shrimp Noodles.
