Curry Baked Oysters offer a unique and flavorful twist to the classic oyster preparation.
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh oysters, shucked
- 50g Mini Curry sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon of sugar
- 50g starch (make curry thicker and more richful in flavor)

Cooking methods:
- Shuck the oyster, removing them from their shells, clean and discard any shell fragments.
- Mix starch and curry sauce, heat and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the heated curry sauce through a slag filter and let it to remove particles for a while.
- Put oysters in boil water to remove fishy smell.
- Place the oysters in the frying pan and fry until golden brown.
- Put the oysters back into the shell, pour cooked curry sauce on the top of them.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Bake the oysters in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the curry sauce gradually condenses and no longer flows.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy Curry Baked Oysters as a delicious appetizer or part of a seafood feast at home!
